"The walls are pretty thin you can hear the people next to you coughing and in the bathroom you can hear the people next to you talking. Also, road noise since you are near a freeway. Hallways have a stenchy odor in the morning. Staff are friendly."

"Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place. I will be calling corporate and not going to let this situation pass treating a guest and loyalty member like a piece of garbage"

"Enjoyed my stay here. Convenient location and the room I had was excellent. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a kitchen and living room. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Many standard kitchen items were available for use, but did not use besides the fridge. The air conditioner wasn't cooling but luckily the night was cool enough to open the windows. Advised staff at checkout. Booked thru hotels.com and don't remember seeing notification that they charge $5/night for parking. Shower had excellent water pressure and beds were comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again."
