This holiday home with pool and outdoor hot tub is located in the small village of eminac.



The house is spacious and has an interior decorated with hunted animals. Enjoy the cosy warmth that the fireplace will create with a glass of wine and exciting conversations with your loved ones. The same offers you enough space for a large group of friends or two families who want to go on holiday together.

You are surrounded by orchards and greenery, and there is also a small lake for sport fishing on the property. Relax in peace and quiet in the hot tub or refresh yourself in the pool. For fishing enthusiasts, there are lakes and rivers nearby and for lovers of active tourism, there are numerous cycling and hiking trails.



Try the produce from the owner's family farm, visit local restaurants with local gastronomic offer. The Kopaki rit Nature Park, the old town centre of Osijek and the numerous wineries in the area are also popular destinations.
