Unfortunately the pool was empty for cleaning during our stay. Safe parking inside the perimeter of the hotel area. Quite far from the laguna, but good for a quick overnight stay in Bacalar."

I checked in very late, last minute and he greeted me with a friendly smile and when I asked if the tiki was open he said no BUT then went behind the bar (as the owner can) and found me a cold beverage after my long day of travel. And breakfast was delivered to my room the next morning again with a friendly smile. Room was spotless and in meticulous condition. Cannot wait to go back again.
