"Decent property. Was expecting more for the money. It’s an older property that has not been taken care of. Run down. Water park has many issues. Lazy river had extremely hot water, each pool was a different temp - some super hot some super cold. Not enough chairs, the tubes are all different sizes not enough in rough shape. Property needs love. Truly better hotels out there. Advertised as way better than it is in my opinion. "

"Lovely resort in terms of location, facilities, and very relaxed atmosphere. For a resort with the reputation of The Boulders, I would have expected the service to be better and more consistent. While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile.
