We had to wait over 2 hours for check in due to someone late check out and room not ready. Reservations were well in advance- 2 months - and we got to check in line after 530 pm. "

"The staff were rude, slow and uninformed during the check in process. They didn’t even know how to use the app to pay for multi-day parking passes. The rooms were dirty and unkept. The restaurant was awful and there is no other food options close by. I definitely will not stay there again or recommend it for anyone else."
