"Front desk lady was super friendly. Room was little minimalist and shower was surprise. Do not recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with a family. Shower room was visible from the bed."

"3rd stay. Appreciated the staff for holding my bags prior to checking-in while I explored L.A. as my train from Chicago had arrived well before 4pm. The Garden was nice and the walk to/from Union Station (10-15 mins) was close enough for me."

"The beds were so comfortable clean and the room always had a fresh scent. I’m picky about hotel shampoos and these smelled really good, the staff was always on top of assisting without being asked. There is a lot of close nice restaurants, there’s a beautiful amazing authentic french bakery right down the walkway less than two minutes away. The other dining options were only about 5-15 minute walk as well as Chinatown, and Little Tokyo. Location of this hotel is perfect for everything."
