"Upon arrival, we felt that the standard king was a little small for our two nights stay. The staff accommodated our needs to upgrade to the executive suite. Make sure that you call the front desk and ask for robes and slippers if they are not already in your room. The front desk is so nice and readily available to answer any questions about the city. The housekeeping staff very friendly and welcoming."

"Well positioned to get around Hollywood tourist spots. The metro is nearby and buses are frequently on the route. Great sized bedrooms, we had a room facing into the lovely courtyard which looks pretty at night with the lights on. Breakfast in the Bistro is lovely - the ladies preparing and serving the meals are super attentive and friendly. Tasty dishes with a good range of items on the menu, we had something varied every day. The only let down for me is there is no evening restaurant or bar. You need to order in takeaway or go out. The staff are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the local area."

"Beautiful and perfect hotel! No complaints at all. Excellent large and clean rooms. Perfect location. Great saff. Excellent amenities (pool, outdoor seatings, garden, breakfast and food, etc). And top tier amazing breakfast options being offered on the outside garden/pool section. I had one of the best breakfast burrities. Delicious meal and keep in mind I am extremely picky with the way my scrambled eggs and potatoes are cooked. Great server. I would definitely stay here again, it is a historical hotel that looks great despite the age. It could do with some renovations to make the rooms more beautiful, but overall zero complaints. The lobby and halls are also wonderful."

"My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend."

"Room is super spacious and perfect for travel and needing to work remote. Small kitchen had full accessories. Only issue was there was a weird mildew smell in the hall but was not a major factor for my stay."
