"The hotel itself is nicely decorated and modern. Check in was easy and staff was quick to help with the mostly self serve check in and out. The breakfast was delicious and worth the price. Unfortunately I wish I’d researched the area better. We had to walk quite a distance to find dining and cocktail options and felt a little unsafe in the immediate neighbourhood. "

Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. "The property itself was nice, we had no issues, it was clean and we did enjoy our stay. We felt safe there on the property but the location of the property was questionable. You see lots of unkept buildings and dirty streets. It was the Westside of Hollywood, not glamorous side of Hollywood but I have no complaints of the property and staff they were all great. "
