"This is a very special Santa Fe property. It is easy to walk to the plaza and the railroad district. The property displays a lot of Native American art so it is lovely just to walk around and see the art. This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we love it. "

"The staff were friendly, the rooms are small but comfortable. If there were any issues, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talking/singing. Also the hotel is across from a park that is occupied by the homeless community. While there were no issues we had a room facing the park and had to listen to a man yelling at the top of his lungs nonsense at 7 in the morning. It went on for about 45 mins. Then it stoppes and we heard nothing for the rest if our stay."

"This is the second time we visited Albuquerque and the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It's a lovely hotel. The staff (both front desk and room service) was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable offering amazing views of the city. It's also super convenient to Old Town and the Museums. The room service meal was also super tasty. It's just a top notch property. "We were diverted into abq for the night and we booked this hotel close to the airport with very short notice and they we so accommodating and helpful, they have a free shuttle from the airport, you just need to call them ahead of time. "
