Beautiful property. Great staff! 5 star service and amenities. The in house restaurant Faula was one of the best meals of our trip. The spa and our treatment was so relaxing and pleasing as well. Need a car or car service to reach the resort and if you want to visit nearby towns. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to return in the future.

Room had horrible sewage odor (coming from outside the room). Had to switch to another room late at night. In spite of that, they pushed us out at check-in time without any significant time allowance. Other aspects of the stay were excellent, but it marred our entire vacation.

Hotel incroyable, Table sans intérêt
Très bel endroit, superbement situé dans les vignes. Personnel de l'hôtel aux petits soins. Le Hic, le restaurant... bonne table, mais rien d'exceptionnel pour un prix prohibitif... une belle cave, mais un sommelier pas top, dommage alors que l'on est a quelques km de Barolo... Pour résumer Hotel incroyable, et Table sans intérêt.

Zeer mooi nieuw hotel! En fantastisch lekker restaurant voor s’avonds! Een ster waard! En prachtige uitgebeirde wijnkaart. Ook het ontbijt is zeer lekker. Tapijten In de kamer zouden weg moeten, absoluut Niet hygiënisch. En heel veel trappen in het hotel, totaal niet praktisch met een kinderwagen zoals bij ons het geval was.
