"The room, bathroom and the hotel as a whole are extremely clean. Location is excellent as it's one of the main streets of the city. The pastel de nata which they offer is a huge bonus- this is a must try if it's your first time visiting Portugal. During my stay in Lisbon, I was sadly pickpocketed, leaving me without a phone. The staff at LX Arch Hotel were amazing, as they went above and beyond in providing me with computer facilities, access to a phone to make calls, as well as directing me to the best police station to file a report of the theft. I wouldn't wish what happened to me upon anyone but just know that anybody who does stay at this hotel is in great hands. They will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even when things go wrong. "

"our state was extremely good up until the last five minutes. My wife and I are older and expected a little bit of help with the bags to the car the clerk that helped her out with the bags and push the bag towards the curb and that was the end of it turned around and walked inside. Most of the staff I would say 90% we’re fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for access to the Christmas market in good food"
