This historic property has charm in spades! Lots of nooks and crannies to discover, beautifully decorated in an old world style, a pool and small surrounding garden, and in a great location, close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Exceptional in every way!

Hospitality & service were exceptional! Quiet, serene location only blocks from the train station & many shops, restaurants, etc. Spa with jaccuzi & sauna/steam room was a welcome way to relax after a long day of travel. Grear breakfast! Couldn't have been a nicer introduction to Portugal for us!

Great location and very stylish hotel just blocks from fabulous dining and wine bars. Free coffee bar and cake every afternoon and expansive honor bar with cocktails, wine, and port in a living room setting is a great touch.

The location is perfect to provide an oasis in the middle of everything you want to do in the city. Site seeing, shopping, dining…. All in easy reach. The staff is so accommodating and respectful.
