The only thing that we consider was lacking was maybe more pool activities by the entertainment staff like games and competitions. Also an actual Teen club would have been nice as our 14 year old daughter didn’t have much for options if it wasn’t for soccer, volleyball etc in the athletic area."

"The resort is lovely, the building is well laid out, the amenities are great, the food is very good, and there is a wonderful breeze that flows through the lobby. All of this is wonderful and can be replicated in other resorts. But the thing that sets this resort apart is the staff! They are amazing and they care so much! Karen and Natali as concierges, Erik and Roberto assisting at the pool side and at the beach, the entertainment staff of Abigail, Perla, and Edwin were just wonderful. The serving staff at the restaurants were also top notch. Our daughter has celiac disease and an allergy to peanuts. This was noted and carefully catered to at every meal. Suggestions were made for alternatives and each menu had options for her. I would like to specifically recognize Manuel in El Patio, Jose, Teresita, and Bradley in Oceana. This was one of the best family vacations we have had! Thank you!"
