All spaces are open to guests, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet. We prioritize your comfort and satisfaction, aiming to create a warm, relaxing atmosphere! Throughout your stay, we are available for recommendations and prompt assistance. We respect your privacy but are always just a message away. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Only one pet (dog or cat) is welcome per stay with a paid standard pet fee of $250. Please confirm your pet while booking to avoid an additional $250 cleaning fee, in addition to the standard pet fee. A $25 fee applies for any unattended pet waste. There is a $500 fee for violating our smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted ANYWHERE on the property. Any damaged or missing items within/on the property will be charged at their full replacement value plus a 15% service fee. All fees are charged per occurrence.
