" Pleasant and accomadating staff. The stay was ruiined when we went to fill our ice buckeand found a dirty diaper which had been deposited there.The bucket was changed out T the front desk but there was no offer of any type of discount then or at check out for their serious health violation "

"River was gorgeous; deer roamed the woods nearby; hot tub in screened in porch was heated and ready to be used; plenty of cookware and dishes; clean and comfortable beds.Furnishing and finishings were consistent with expectations and appropriate for rental price."

"The Copperhead Lodge is a treat! Beautiful surroundings, well maintained grounds, and the guest rooms are just perfect. The restaurant serves delicious food and the staff (both hotel and restaurant) are personable and welcoming. We’ll be back to stay again for sure!"

"This place is even more beautiful in person than the listing! It’s a very spacious place and perfect for large families or groups. We had everything we needed as far as extra blankets, appliances, etc. The outside area is very peaceful and we even spotted a deer one morning. Communication with the host was excellent. The downstairs is a little cold, and the upstairs a little warm, but there was heaters and fans provided so it all worked out. The Toccoa Riverside restaurant is only 13 mins away and was a nice place for dinner. I would book this place again!"

"We had a wondering time - the location is perfect for most of the day trips you’d like to take in the area. The hot tub was a big hit with us and our daughter. Everything was tidy and clean - we did struggle without a full kitchen, but knew that was the case based on the listing, just something to consider if you like cooking for yourself. The beds were comfortable and the bunk bed was also a hit with our daughter. We could see the Toccoa River from the porch which was lovely and the cafe and gem mining place were easily within walking distance and everyone was very kind. We had the pleasure of meeting both Scott and Susan and they were lovely and wonderful hosts. Overall we loved it - if we’re ever back in the area we would definitely stay again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week for Spring Break. There were plenty of outdoor activities to do, and so many outdoor items supplied by the house. The kids enjoyed playing in the stream and hot tub, and the game room was great for spacing out everyone in sleeping quarters. Martha was great to communicate with. We would love to come back!"
