"The hotel is in a constant state of repair my room had plaster all over the walls that it looked like they were trying to fix cracks in the walls. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. The wall was cracked and the corner thing was hanging off. The breakfast tasted old and it was ok for a free breakfast but the cereal was stale. Parking was ok the parking lot was full of freight boxes. The pool was ok it had green places in it but we still swam. The staff was friendly."

"Rooms dirty, micro fridge did not work, mold, mildew on shower curtain and all over tub enclosure, floors dirty, fridge did not work and smelled like rotten food. Complained about housekeeping as was told they are relatives of the owners and they had many complaints but nothing ever gets addressed"

"We had to stay in Chattanooga for the weekend, we normally stay in a more commonly known hotel but this one had “excellent” reviews and was half the price so we took a chance. Not sure who voted for excellent but it was anything but and now we understand why it was half the price. To start there is no elevator, our key card was hit or miss if it worked or not. The room smelled very musty / moldy, the bed felt like an air mattress with extra padding on top, the carpet was stained, there was a cigarette burn in one of the cushions, there was a lamp behind the couch we couldn’t even reach, the shower floor was stained from what looked like dirty feet and the walls are paper thin so we heard our neighbors all night. Definitely will not be back."

"We loved the retro vibe and helpful staff. The complementary Moon Pie & RC Cola, along with their story was a neat touch. Included breakfast was great. The room was very clean. This may seem trivial, but we found the bench seat with hooks to be the most practical piece of furniture in a hotel room."
