Proximity to the station is the best feature. Several negatives including plenty of ants, deferred maintenance, small beds and bathrooms, minimal towels, disconnected fire alarm, access through a small alley, minimal furniture, slow WiFi, inoperable TV, etc..

I had to call the company to check in. The hot water wasn't turned on, which we discovered the next morning, The washer dryer was broken, the TV screen had been smashed, the bathroom handle was dismantled, the external door lock jammed and we had to force our way out and it took two days to fix, the pots and pans were old and very limited for normal cooking.
