"Our room was spacious and had a balcony on the lake which was lovely. All staff on reception, in the spa and at breakfast were friendly and warm. Breakfast was good, usual buffet style. All round good value and pleasant stay."

"Would definitely stay here again. One of the best showers and towels I have had in a hotel. Well thought out rooms.
The breakfast was really good and plenty of choice.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The hotel was close to all the sights and to the shops and lots of good restaurants close by."
"For those travelling by train, this hotel is very close to the station. It’s near all the attractions but away from the busy crowds. Very quiet! We appreciated the pleasant, efficient staff and enjoyed our stay. "
"The issue with check in was that the printer was down? We, along with another guest had to wait around 20+ minutes not knowing what was happening.
The receptionist offered what seemed to be a complimentary drink. We had a beer but then another staff member asked for payment. We paid to avoid an issue.
