"The hotel has real potential,we got upgraded free of charge to a suite. However it wasnt that clean. The bed & bathroom was, but the bedside table was dusty, and where the tea & coffee is kept there was spillages which hadn’t been cleaned. Also dents in the wall,and the carpet needed a good clean. Bed was very comfy though and room was nice and spacious. Just needs a deep clean and a furniture re do! "

"Lenny Henry has to try out the bed in the King Room! He would give up staying at that hotel chain and only stay at Willow Ridge. Once you are snuggled down in that bed, getting up is not an option. Lisa is lovely host. "

"This was an amazing home! We came here and got to celebrate Mother's Day weekend for me. We stayed here to be central to Stonehenge, Bath, and Glastonbury. Great location. The grounds are just stunning. Spending time in the garden was lovely. The home was so beautiful and had every amenity we needed. Jaqui was a great communicator, and her father Clive was so helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. He told us how he built the place himself. Just felt so lucky to find this gem. My whole family enjoyed it. We hope to return to England ome day and stay at their comfortable home again! Thank you so much. Highly recommended."

"We stayed for 1 night as we had a flight from Bristol at 6am so we didn't make much use if the hotel, such as the breakfast. Check in was easy and it was easy to leave at 3am, if you're looking for a nice hotel nit to far from the airport. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed for evening meals when we arrived due to a problem with the equipment, the hotel did inform us beforehand which was good of them. The room was clean, the window pane was broken, fortunatkey there is secondary glazing, so didn't cause an issue, there are no curtains but shutters which were difficult to use and almost fell off when opened! Pleasent stay, old hotel with some attention to detail needed. "

"Nice central place to stay, on bus root to Bath, Plenty of parking, bathroom had no blind, needed one really, breakfast was nice but on a budget, eg no toast, very small cup coffee, yogurt served in very small pot, no butter for croissant, small cooked breakfast, staff all friendly"

"We got there and someone else was in the room we should have had. After over 30 minutes of waiting and finding out no grill or food we spoke to the manager who was less than polite.. He agreed to credit the stay. Staff tried but were new and in need of support.."

"I can’t recommend this house enough! All rooms are perfect and the master bedroom is amazing. The garden is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous courtyard area. Plenty of facilities and amenities. Hot tub with robes and slippers is a wonderful touch and makes you feel special. The hosts were incredible. We got stuck three weeks out of an original booking that was cancelled and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They saved the day and we absolutely lucked out. Thank you so much! "
