Great for an early flight - we checked in the night before and walked to the airport first thing. There were some lovely walks nearby but limited eating options within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Compact and handy

Small but perfectly formed room with an impressive vault ceiling, separate bathroom and comfortable bed. Lots of hot drink making facilities, power socket by bed and very good comms. The best bit is the incredibly short walk to the airport!

Perfect for an airport hotel. Good value for money. Great location (10-15min walk) to the terminal. Even though it was no-frills (for want of a better word) the room was cosy and had character, way better than the usual soul-less, overpriced, corporate hotels found at airports. More people should create this kind of accommodation at airports.

Lovely walks on Felton common at back of accommodation. Clean and tidy. Not as noisy with aircraft/road traffic as I thought it would be👍 Easy walkable access to airport

Perfect for an early flight

So nice to arrive to a warm room. Great communication from the staff. Friendly welcome. Short walk to the airport or A1 airport flyer stops right outside.

Lovely little room perfect for a night stay with an early flight the next morning.easy to find up the little lane and car parking on site. Room was the perfect size for 3 of us to share. I contacted the property using the link from expedia in which i was replied to in a good time frame :) i will be staying again in the future if there is availibility :)

Perfectly located for bristol airport. Great communication from owners. Very comfy. Look out for the turning though, we missed it. Quite tight to get into parking, you may struggle with a suv or other big car/van

Ideal location for the airport. Bit difficult to find. Room was good snd quiet. Host friendly. The included continental breakfast was just cereal or pot of DIY porridge. But good value for one night. Would use it again.

Airport stop over.

Stayed overnight as we had an early flight & B&B was close to the airport. I would class this as no frills basic accommodation but ideal for a stop over. The room was small & shower adequate. Check in was quick & friendly, helpful man at the desk. The only problem I found was that the bed was very hard.

Perfect Airport Stay

Absolutely perfect stay, was met by Terry as I reached the car park & directed where to park. Booked a single room, but was lucky enough to be given a large double instead. No noise from other rooms, no road noise, no airport noise, comfy bed, en suite, toiletries - couldn’t fault it. Easiest walk possible to the airport, & car & keys were ready for my return. Highly recommended especially at the price. Thanks Terry, top bloke & top stay.

Communication from hotel great and gave clear instructions. Room v small but def all that was needed. Shower good. Very slight musty smell in room. Good value for money.

A good place to grab a few hours' sleep after a late flight. Very quiet and slept well. Room had everything we needed and communication was good with owners. Decent shower, tea and coffee provided. Walkable from airport (15 mins from terminal building). However, room smelled of damp and had black stains around the window and black mould in shower. Very dusty in corners. Bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. Feels like it needs some care and attention.

“It does what it says on the tin”. Very convenient for Bristol airport. Bathroom was smart but could have done with a hook on the wall for the towel. The host brought some extra milk & cereals to the room. Very nice. As points for improvement the mattress could be a bit harder and it would have been nice to be able to lock the door during the night.

It may be a 7 minute walk door to door without luggage but took us much longer with carryon.School lane has no street sign and the Hathway house sign is quite smalll therefore we walked right past the place. Got to the pub over the road ( cheap and cheerful) without the cheap. Terry previously stated that he is on the premises all the time but when we got there at 3.30pm there was no one. We let ourselves in the gate and found the rooms open. Apparently the family had gone out to lunch. The room is about the same size as a pod at Gatwick but no room for luggage. Terry had messaged me to check arrival time but unfortunately I was on the M4 at the time and was not able to check my emails. Will not be using Bristol again … not enough options to stay close by…

The only thing I can say is I needed a place to stay before an early flight. Location was ok - it’s a 10-15 min walk to terminal. There is literally nothing around except for a good pub nearby. Communication was rough with owner.

Handy for airport

Excellent location for the airport. 10 minute , easy walk in the morning. If getting the airport flyer from Bristol centre get off at Airport Tavern. Room was fine. Bathroom small but only there for one night
