Apartment, accessible by elevator, is located in a nice area with sea view from street and close to funicular and metro. Interesting old apartment with lots of art and curiosities. Generous breakfast and special snacks. Gluten-free options were available on request. Appreciated greatly her assistance with taxis on arrival and departure, and her help with planning...

"Room had some awkward smell (sheets/towels smelled very vinegary), shower didn't fully drain, the check-in process was very awkward (I had to go to the next door restaurant to get the key; the person was very unhappy to be helping me), the bed was sagging in the middle. Overall not a great stay for the price and I would encourage you to look elsewhere when visiting Naples."

"I was pleasantly surprised to see a whole apartment with kitchen available so you can cook your own food if you want. It is in an old building with a lot of character but has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I thought it excellent value, although I'm not sure whether this could be due to my visit being in March. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the Piazza Amedeo. The location in Chiaia district is an advantage as it has the reputation of being a safe area and is near the sea....

"The apartment facility and staff were good. The one thing to improve is a soundproof window system and a thick curtain to cover lights and noise from outside. "

"Hotel con buena instalación pero un servicio que deja mucho que desear. En la recepción nunca hay nadie. A nuestra llegada, esperamos 1h10 a que viniesen a recibirnos, cuando nos habían dicho que llegaban en 10min. El desayuno es muy simple y se sirve en la habitación (no hay mesas ni zona común como se aprecia en las fotos). El desayuno lo hacen en una cafetería y el chico viene a dejarlo a la hora que se pida. Salvo que a cada vez que viene a dejar un desayuno, llama al timbre y estás...

"I would recommend this to anyone going to Naples. The young lady the helped us was professions and helped us way beyond what her job probably required. The room was small (perfect for two) but had everything you would need. Living in Italy for 3 year this was the best experience we had, it made our last few days a pleasure. Thanks to the staff for everything, go check this out!"
