"We received the class of customer service that one hopes for when traveling abroad. The attention we received from staff was extraordinary. When we arrived I was very sick. One of the women at the front desk took the time to personally walk my husband and I to a nearby clinic and speak on my behalf. I will never forget this kindness and professionalism. Beyond that the rooms were well appointed with great attention to detail. The location is also perfectly situated near everything but not in a crazy congested area. Overall - fantastic!! Thank you. I think this is my favorite building in Rome, the Teatro di Marcello. The bottom portion, which closely resembles the Colosseum, was built in about 13 BC, and are the ruines of an ancient Roman open-air theater.
