"We had a great stay! The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had beautiful views. The continental breakfast was also very nice and a great way to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rome. Highly recommend!"

"The Hotel Chapter Roma is a lovely hotel in a good location with great staff. The hotel rooms are surprisingly spacious for the location. While offering modern amenities, they also retained the charm of the gracious building. The hotel staff remember and greet the guests each day. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was fun. I would recommend the Hotel Chapter Roma, and will visit again in the future."

"This hotel is in two separate buildings. We got a room with an excellent view, yet we had to walk around the corner from the main entrance and lobby. The room was small yet comfortable. Great for a short stay. Excellent location, walking distance (15-20 min) from the Colloseum and Trevi fountain. 6 min walk to the ghetto where there's great food."

"The hotel is located in downtown Rome, close to Termini train station, the metro, and public bus stops. From the hotel, many of Rome's attractions are within walking distance, or just a metro or public bus away. We liked the hotel ambiance, good breakfast, clean room, spacious bathroom, and evening music in the backyard patio. This is our second time at this hotel, and I am sure my wife and I will come back."

"This hotel was everything we could've asked for. This was our first visit to Rome and Italy. We stayed for 5 days, 4 nights. Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Roman forum and Vittoriano. The reception team were welcoming, explained services and were very kind. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The room smelled amazing. That good, I will be getting myself the room fragrance used! Rooms were cleaned and change daily. Breakfast was great, had all allergens clearly labelled. Staff were very welcoming. We were very pleased with Raluca, who was very engaging, she welcomed us every morning with a smile on her face and made sure we had everything we needed. It was great to talk to her about the hotel, our countries and Rome. She was very knowledgeable about the city and we had a great conversation. She was fantastic, so thank you Raluca. This will be a hotel I would recommend and will hopefully be back there in the near future! Thank you to the whole team as it s huge effort to maintain such a good quality service."
