"There was a specific staff who was super kind and she checked us in and it made our whole experience amazing. The room was so amazing, clean, modern, no issues. Very modern and super nice! Great area too, lots of restaurants but not too many tourists around, and safe area. "

"Excellence Suite was ideal. The facility was clean and well taken care of. I had a perfect room with a small balcony. And supplies were always replenished. The location is perfect - a short walk away from the top of the Spanish Steps and close to stores and transportation. I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"Although close to the train station the property and surrounding area felt safe and clean. The staff were extremely helpful when trying to find a place to eat and tranportation. Also, the staff spoke English, so communicating was not an issue. We booked a room with a terrace, it was extremely clean and the veiw was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to several site-seeing areas. "

"Omar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient asv well as the rest of the staff! The A/C was great! We learned we need to leave the card in the slot inside the room for the A/C to be running. The room was clean and very quiet. I never heard surrounding noises. I highly recommend!"
