"Great location right across from Paddington Station and an excellent breakfast that's free for kids! We arrived early and stored our luggage before check-in. The front-desk lady was helpful in taking our bags, though she seemed quite disengaged when we encountered a problem paying the storage deposit. Overall, the front desk service left a bit to be desired."

"Walls are paper thin, we couldn’t sleep because of the tv from the next room. It was like we had our tv on all night. But the staff handled it very quickly, all the staff was really nice. Also our room looked nothing compared to the pictures online, it was small and didn’t even have a place to put our luggage (table, luggage rack…) nothing i had to put it in the floor. For me it was a little annoying because I have bad knees"

"We selected this property because of is location near to Paddington station. It is an easy ten minute walk. It is also close to the Edgeware Road tube station. Our room was tight but not impossibly sized. The breakfast looked nice but we did not eat at the hotel. There are many restaurants in the immediate area but keep in mind they close fairly early. (Thank you to Micky's Fish and Chips for a great late night meal!) There staff at the property went above and beyond to help us with any request."

"Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station with plenty of cafes/restaurants/pubs nearby. We were on second floor, you can hear the underground, but it stops at midnight and didn't disturb us. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. There is a kettle close to the rooms with tea/coffee facilities. Also useful water dispenser and vending machine. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was scaffolding and builders outside at the time of our stay, which were noisy, but luckily they didn't work over the weekend."
