"Great location, near the subway"

"The staff was very helpful from beginning till end. The location of the hotel is centralized, close to multiple train stations and to every main show from West End. The rooms need a little TLC. The housekeeping was amazing and always came back to our room made. Why I give them a lower rating on cleanliness is because of the status of the amenities. They just need some updating. "

"My favourite hotel in London. I have now stayed here multiple times. Excellent customer service, rooms are clean, comfortable and have all the accessories needed for a wonderful stay. Bathrooms are spacious, clean and always tonnes of hot water."

"Clean room, great pool and sauna, fantastic breakfast with lots of choices, helpful and attentive staff. Honestly good value for the money and a quick stroll to the train station, and short walk to Kensington gardens. Lots of places near the hotel to eat or shop at if you don't feel like walking far. FYI:My taxi couldn't initially figure out how to drop me near door since blocked off, but when he rang the bell it was easy to drive up and drop off. "

"Excellent location near Paddington Station & restaurants. Very easy to get around the city from this location. The room was overall clean but housekeeping was rarely seen on the floors. Garbage & used towels were in the hallway for a full day before being collected. "
