"Staying at Il Villino was an excellent experience. Barbara and her family/staff operate a lovely bed and breakfast that is like an oasis in the middle of a very busy city. Our room was maintained impeccably . We had a view of the Duomo from our window. The breakfasts were amazing - including bacon, eggs, croissants, cheese, pastries, fruits, cakes and Canadian like coffee. The main floor offers an authentic and beautiful Italian courtyard where you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine...

"The staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choices, and the room was nice and large. The pool was a great spot and rare to find in other places in this area Only con is that the check in instructions can be difficult to find/follow, and there is no staff present after 3pm so it’s all self service."

"We had a wonderful week at the Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is located a short walk from the center of Florence. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. Their recommendations for restaurants were also excellent especially the Natalino which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel."
