From the moment we arrived, the girls at reception were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful — nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself was beautifully clean, immaculately maintained, and wonderfully warm — which was especially appreciated during our visit. Every detail felt thoughtful and well cared for. The location was absolutely perfect for our stay — just a short walk to the Main Square and ideal for exploring Kraków with ease. We would highly recommend Amber Design Residence and would happily stay again. Thank you for making our visit special. "
