The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request we made was handled promptly, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We even had a small accident where we broke a bottle in reception, and the team couldn’t have been more understanding or quick to help — a true reflection of their excellent service. Breakfast each morning offered a wide variety of choices, all of which were delicious and freshly prepared. In the evenings, the cocktails at the bar were fantastic — expertly made and a great way to unwind after exploring Krakow. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of top-notch facilities, outstanding food, and genuinely welcoming staff made our stay unforgettable.
