"Skyes Cottage - the property manager? was extremely hard to reach. I wanted to ask them if I could leave my backpack there before check in time, but couldn’t reach them by phone nor WhatsApp messages, just uncontactable. As a result, I sat in a restaurant for 3 hours waiting for the check-in time to arrive because I couldn’t go anywhere with my heavy backpack. Worst of all, the WhatsApp chatbot then finally replied, but saying that my problem was “resolved”, ridiculous.

"We loved our stay at Noel Arms. A great location in Chipping Campden with a lovely staff and wonderful restaurant. We enjoyed an afternoon snack from the coffee bar and dinner and dessert one evening that was very good. We have already recommended Noel Arms and Chipping Campden to our friends and look forward to returning. Their sister property is located across the street and is a step up and worth checking out. "

"This was an absolutely lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated, nice location, clean and good value.We stayed with a 2 year old and she loved that there was a park less than a 3 minute walk away. It was so well located for family days out too. We visited Birdland, Cotswold wildlife park and Warwick Castle, which our toddler loved."

"A very comfortable place to stay, with 6 good-sized bedrooms and lots of well-splaced sitting areas. The Welcome Cake was delicious and we were very grateful for the eggs and milk - all above and beyond our expectations. The 4 hens were an added delight! Can thoroughly recommend it. An issue with a Roman blind was addressed very quickly but needs a little more attention."
