"I had an amazing stay at Borgo Sant’Ambrogio Resort. The property is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape. It exceeded my expectations in every way. "This is such a cute fun traditional Tuscan place to stay! Everywhere you look is an amazing view. The dinner was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was super comfortable. The room, while rustic and vintage, was very nice. It was so peaceful and quiet! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the drive through Tuscany to get there. Bonus that it’s near Maximus’s house from the gladiator movie sights!"

"Such an oasis of calm and relaxation. The room was large and cool with a very comfortable bed. The pool was beautiful and very refreshing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful setting and just a short walk from the beautiful town and many fantastic restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Montepulciano."

"This hotel is wonderful with beautiful views from the terrace! The only complaint is the number of stairs you have to take if staying on upper floors (no elevator) - my husband has a bad back so that’s a consideration. Also, wish they would accommodate all the guests in the gourmet restaurant as we couldn’t get a reservation during our 2-day stay! Book ahead of time!"

"I can't recommend the Marsili highly enough. The property is perfectly situated just on the outskirts of Cortona center. A 5 minute walk and you are exploring a fascinating, casual, friendly, safe and fun neighborhood. Every member of the staff went out of their way to meet our needs. We loved the breakfast as it was different daily and so delicious. The rooms were large and comfortable. We sat up in bed in the morning to outstanding views of the valley. It was out of a painting. "
