"There was a really bad smell in the hotel and in the room. When we left the hotel, the smell stuck on all of ours clothes. The washroom is right next to the bed, and it didn’t close well, so you just had to sleep next to that. The room is also very small. The bed and the pillow were way too soft and sinks. "We stayed for a week and we were met with excellent customer service, friendly staff and an extremely clean room and hotel. The room had good air-conditioning that was adjustable and the local metro is a short walk away with a water fountain on the route(if you know anything about Rome make use of these they are great). The hotel even made airport taxi reservations for us.
We had a very good experience at this hotel and would recommend for a quiet space to rest whilst visiting Rome. "
"Beautiful facility! Exceptional breakfast daily. Staff is warm and very helpful. While it is somewhat close to the Metro, it is far from most of the famous sites. The Metro is quite limited so we walked when possible and took cabs. Highly recommend!!"
"Overall very good. Staff was very helpful with booking taxi on our checkout at 3am since our flight was at 6 am so no trains. Bathroom shower was a bit small but ok. Close to Train station. Walkable to Trevi fountain and Colosseum. Pretty good restaurant on the rooftop. Mini fridge with free drinks and small snacks which were great after roaming around in hot weather. Would stay again.
