"This place is amazing!!! Great location "

"We found the place to be very nice, clean, and pleasant!"

"Breakfast is very good lots of choice and very fresh too "

"Very good place, very clean and delicious food "

"The A/C was not working so it was quite hot at night. Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep. Staff was very nice. Room was quite big."

"If you like to run or walk close to Appia Antica trail just fantastic "

"It was clean, location has couple of minutes of walking either you go with bus or train. Staff were very nice and helpful especially the Indian gentleman and the Russian lady(I guess she was Russian from her accent). Breakfast was good,"

"Great hotel with a beautiful pool!"

"Only problem was the pool was little cold. Because the pool is shaded a lot by trees so no much sun could get it in to heat the pool"

"perfect"

"Breakfast was nice, staff was great. Atmosphere the best. Will note that the bathroom was a bit dirty; shower curtain yellow, toilet seat half attached and stains on wall. That aside, nice beds and very comfy."

"Location is excellent for the price and if you’re looking for something outside the center of Rome. Room was extremely clean and quiet, just what we were looking for. The best part of it was how close the train station was from it. So convenient!. "

"Lovely place to stay"

"Excellent staff and extra clean room and bathroom"

"I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

"Excellent place to stop in Ciampino, close to the train station. Rooms are lovely and Christos is incredibly helpful."

"Amazing owners and such a great room! Very clean and modern. We had very early morning schedules so I do hope the other guests in the house weren’t too disturbed. Ciampino and the walkable Pizzaria were lovely and welcoming"

"Nice room and great location to the airport shuttle."

"A good all around place to stay."

"Would recommend to people visiting Rome. Was a very nice guest house with very good service and amenities and breakfast. Very nice rooms with air con and balconies. The location is also good."
