It is located close to Ciampino airport in a very nice section of town. The place was spaceous and well-kept. The bed was very hard, but some people like that. Parking is an issue: there is no onsite parking and parking spots are hard to find. I had to walk about 10 minutes to the room from where I parked.

This place is amazing nice and clean and everything is brand new. The Neighbourhood is amazing. You can have a nice quiet night. The most important thing is the host. He was so welcoming and when you need him to ask something, he immediately text you back! My experience was 10 out of 10!

Tidy and clean property, close to Ciampino airport (you will need a taxi/bus) and train station (walkable). The host let us in and sorted a taxi for us for the morning. Close to local amenities.

Very clean room & extremely safe. Manager/owner very helpful booked us a taxi, taxi let us down but not owners doing. Very basic, no drinks facilities feels very clinical & not as close as we thought to the airport appreciate if later flight shuttle is available but isn’t running for all flights as you’d expect. Grateful for owners help.

The host couldn't be more professional abd welcoming. The communication was second to none and he made sure we knew the bus time tables. He met us at the bus station and took walked us to the hotel and explained everything. The rooms were spotless and cleaned each day,! We stayed for three days. Definitely come here again.

Stayed here for one night due to late arrival of flight and as we were travelling with a 5 month old baby, wanted to be close to the airport. Host was very accommodating and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Timetable of the shuttle bus was sent prior which you take from Ciampino airport to Ciampino station which took around 10-15 minutes and the host meets you at the bus stop and it was then a short walk to the accommodation (no longer than 5 minutes) and helped with our bags too. Rooms were lovely and clean and quite spacious too. I messaged the host the evening before to ask if there was a kettle in the room to make baby milk which there wasn’t but he went out of his way and ensured there was a kettle in the room which he bought brand new which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was included which is at a local cafe a couple of minutes walk away where they do a wide selection of lovely coffee and pastries. A lovely stay if you need to be close to the airport and we would stay again. 10/10. Thank you!
