"Bed was very comfy and nice room except for pretty much no window or view, just a small window looking out onto a wall a few feet away. Also, the shower room was very old fashioned with curtain rather than a glass enclosure. Check out is fantastic with the help of Matthew, he is very friendly and professional "

"Amano Hotel has considered their clients needs by offering easy storage options before/after checkout, late checkout for a minimal fee and friendly staff 24 hours a day. The location in covent Garden was central and absolutely faultless. Rooms were clean, however; on occasion we had to ask to have our room cleaned as cleaners hadn't been during the day. Other than this, staff were very helpful and friendly. Included breakfast was delightful. No gym or pool facilities but this didn't bother us...
