"valet sucks. just straight up didnt bring my vehicle up when I needed it the most. Waited almost an hour and still didnt come up lol. Missed my event. Only 1 person doing valet in the morning. They have a operations problem. Water leaking from the ceiling FYI, 4th floor hallway. Def showing its age."

"The hotel is old and in desperate need of an update. Everything needs a refresh-the linens, the decor, the bathrooms, everything. It felt depressing to stay there. The parking is outrageous. $40 (with fees) for self park. I felt like i was being robbed. The staff was very nice and none of this is their fault. I would not stay here again and do not recommend."

"Suite was very large and well appointed. Biggest issue was lack of hot water….five days of lukewarm showers. But hotel is beautiful. "

Everyone is so kind and attentive. This will be the hotel that I will always return to whenever coming to Dallas."
