"Lovely property that has been tastefully renovated over the past years. The gardens are beautiful and a lovely place to be on a sunny day. The hotel is small which gives it a very comfortable feel.
Service is a little haphazard. Lot of young staff that don’t have the experience to deliver the service you would associated with such a lovely traditional hotel. "

"Booked for my Grandparents, second time they have stayed. They were once again very happy. Complimented the layout and facilities of the hotel. Very happy with the room. Most of all the staff are all friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Really loved the breakfast too. "
"We had a fabulous stay at the Grand for our 40th wedding anniversary, the room was fabulous. Spotless, roomy, comfortable with a very large soaking tub in the bedroom. It also had a sea view and balcony (Pavilion room). The hotel arranged a bottle of champagne and card on arrival which was a lovely treat.
We enjoyed breakfast in the conservatory with sea views and the food was delicious with a great choice.
Our maitre,d was super attentive he was an Italian gentleman who’s name I can’t recollect.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful especially Laura who checked us in.
The cocktails in the bar were very tasty.
We will certainly be back.
Thank you for a memorable stay."
