"Self check-in and pre arrival info was helpful and efficient. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable but quite small. Room 3 was on the second floor, so a climb up two and a half flights of narrow stairs. The room was well kept and serviced and the breakfast tray was appreciated. The small bathroom however, meant a small washbasin which was barely able to accommodate (part-filling) the kettle."

"Had a fantastic stay at Clifton House from arrival to departure all perfect for our visit to Brighton. Was easy to find tge property and only a 10 minute stroll from Portslade railway station and 9 minutes by rail from Brighton station. Instructions to receive our key and entry door were very clear and in good time for our stay and the room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities we could have wished for including a small fridge which was really useful especially on a hot day, a fan and plenty of electric sockets for charging phones and tablets. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept on whilst away from home and had a really good nights sleep which was also heped by the quietness of the room and surrounding area. Any reservations held initially about using a shared bathroom were quickly dispelled as the bathroom and shower were really clean and spacious also. Although we used public transport there was parking immediately outside the property and on the road also. All in all a great experience and would definately return for another stay to this property."

"Great two bedroom flat which suited us well for a trip to attend a family party in Hove. Beds were comfy and the little kitchen was well equipped. We loved using the hot tub and the access to the beautiful garden. Arrival, communication and the atmosphere of the place all felt very relaxed and friendly. Thanks for answering our little queries so promptly, and for the clear and helpful instructions for check in, parking, and the operation of the spa items. A few dishwasher tablets might be handy for future guests."

"Very peaceful surroundings and nice and quiet area with a windmill very close and also the sea. Ideal for a family holiday as shops and take aways all nearby. Big bedrooms and plenty of space. Sunny garden with patio furniture, maybe could do with a good trim of the bushes but otherwise enclosed and private. Would recommend."
