My worst experience was the loss of my backpack they stored my luggage (thank you) someone took my bag thankfully they knew it was called them and they Ubered it back to me. I had important medication in there. There needs to be a system or don’t store bags. "

"Very dated, no amenities. Went to get coffee at 6:24, very unfriendly person at the desk told us very firmly that breakfast wasn’t until 6:30. All we wanted was coffee, she said it wasn’t ready and again informed us that breakfast was at 6:30. No coffee pot in room. Toilet seat was about to fall off of the toilet. We were able to screw it on a little tighter. Will NEVER stay there again!!!"
