Come chillax in the tastefully decorated brand new space located in popular North Clveland. Close to everything Cleveland has to offer including churches, shopping and outdoor activities, this brand new construction offers room and comfort. It is decorated in peaceful colors and is located on a quiet street. There are two smart tvs with roku to sit and watch your favorite shows and movies. Each room is spacious and uncluttered. Bring the kids and enjoy your stay or get away from it all for awhile!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave any dirty towels in one of he laundry hampers. Do not strip sheets or remake bed if slept in. Wash dishes. Turn off lights and lock doors. Leave key in lockbox or under mat.
Take trash to can outside. Trash pickup is Wednesday morning. Put canister out the night before. Put trash can back after pickup.
Leave ac on 75 when permanently departing townhouse.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great!

The house was new, clean and very cozy. The beds were confortable and everything was very well thought out. We had everything we needed from shampoo, conditioner, washer, dryer, washing liquid and even a fan for nighttime. We would definitely stay here again!
