You will have access to the whole duplex house! You will also have access to the 2-car garage and four driveway spots. If you need extra parking, you can park on the grass in between the driveway in the house, or choose free parking on a side street.

You will be staying in the historic Magnolia-Wade Park neighborhood, and within walking distance to all the activities that University Circle has to offer - restaurants, bars, world-class museums, the orchestra… you are also only a few minutes drive to downtown Cleveland and Edgewater Beach.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $500.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.

Note: the pet fee ($150 + taxes & fees) is PER PET up to Maximum of 2 allowed pet(s)!

Having 2 separate sides, with separate entrances worked perfectly to be the home based for myself and co-workers to attend our event in Cleveland. It was so convenient to be able to make meals and have a chance to catch up before and after our workday. Jordan was an amazing host and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend as an alternative to staying in a hotel.

Great Host & Good Home for Downtown!

We stayed here with the whole family (grandma grown children spouses four grandkids). And it was amazing to find a house in downtown Cleveland that fit all of us! The rooms were nice, had everything we needed, wonderful kings beds. Communicating with Jordan was 10/10 - quick responses and helpful.It is listed as a duplex that has 9 bedrooms total - which is all true, but the only way to get to each half of the duplex was to go through the front doors which we didn’t totally expect (maybe that was our bad!). Made it a little awkward to spend time together comfortably - especially running back and forth with littles for naps and whatnot. Also, the communal spaces felt not quite big enough individually for the whole crowd (e.g. we couldn’t all eat around a table together in one half of the house). But, for being in the heart of downtown, it’s asking a lot to have a house truly meant to fit that many people!RE cleanliness - I gave it 4 stars because on the whole it was great! Didn’t do 5 because there were long hair rugs that had dog hair on them, some hairs on the beds / on towels, visible dust on light fixtures, cobwebs in corners, and some funky scents in parts of the homes (not anything horrible - but noticeable). Also a note for kids - the house is RIGHT on a main road downtown, which just means you hear a lot of cars and ambulance sirens - which made it quite loud for kids sleeping (even with the sound machines that they have at the property - which is awesome!)

Great family house

We loved our stay here! House was clean and had all the things we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. Close to lots of fun activities and restaurants in Cleveland. The neighborhood is loud particularly at night but they provided sound machines in each room which helped make sleeping easier. Communication was great with the owners during our stay. Thank you!
