"The hotel is in poor condition. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in our bathroom. Only one of the drawers in our dresser was useable. The other two drawers were broken. Towels and pillows were old. Breakfast was served outside with plastic sheathing around the tables. We paid for muffins to go ..."
