"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. Being city centre has no carpark, but a NCP multi storey is literally only a 5 min walk around the corner at lace market Bang on the city centre so everything at your fingertips"
