"Staff were excellent, incredibly helpful across all aspects of our stay. We had a family room which was great, very clean. Excellent selection of breakfast items to choose from, options for coeliacs, so no concerns regarding gluten free choice. Thanks, will definitely stay again."
Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham

"I've stayed here several times now and it always hits the spot for me. The location within Resorts World is great with a plethora of shops, bars and eateries on your doorstep, plus the casino if you like a flutter. The spa here is very good, particularly the outdoor (but sheltered) hot tub. Breakfast is definitely worth the money if you want to fuel up for the day ahead; there's loads of choice and it's in the sky bar, with good views of the planes coming into the airport. Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped - the Nespresso machine is a nice touch. The beds are huge and comfortable and the shower in the bathroom is one of the best in any hotel I've been in. I have stayed in places that do certain things a little better than the Genting, but this hotel does everything, really well. A little tip - don't pay the £15 per day parking that hotel reception offer you - if you spend £20 in any shop or restaurant in Resorts World, they will validate your parking ticket and make it £3.50 instead!"

"Excellent location from central Nottingham. Right round the corner from lots of pubs and restaurants. Parked in the NCP over the road which felt a bit dodgy but the car was safe enough."

"Loved the facilities at this hotel and the onsite bar was pretty decent quality. Check in experience could be improved as despite 3 staff on the desk, self check-in was preferred and the free parking option we purchased was not clear how to redeem."
