The house was great with an outstanding kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed using the outdoor space and pool very much. It had a great location near the beach, where we were able to catch a morning launch on our last morning. Our only regret was the trip was too short. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house

We just finished a three night. Stay at this Fantastic house. The location is wonderful, the pool and patio are delightful, the house is comfortable and clean and has everything you need to stay in and spend time with family and friends. Cannot say enough good things about this place And the owners who were very communicative.

Beautiful Place

We greatly enjoyed our holiday stay. Property was clean and as described, owner was extremely responsive and communicative, neighborhood is quiet and very close to everything. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful home, great location

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The house was comfortable and very clean, and the pool was perfect for cooling off and enjoying the views. Paddle boards were a huge hit and led to a dolphin sighting. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Stephanie was an awesome host with excellent communication--she was so helpful. The area is lovely--quiet and felt very safe. We hated to leave and would love to go back!

Very nice place. Have a pontoon boat , so great to be able to dock it at house. Patio was great for hanging out. Had everything we needed for a nice few days.

Waterfront serenity

The home was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. The home was more spacious than expected. We enjoyed a tranquil weekend with all the comforts from home. The location was close to beaches and restaurants.

Great Location, Great Overall Stay

The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Located on the canal, with paddleboards, pool, cornhole and firepit all available. Which we took advantage of all of it. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

Great spot for a fun getaway!

This place was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our group of 5 friends. Plenty of space, so clean and quiet location but very near happening spots in Cocoa Beach. The pool was refreshing and Stephanie has the shed well stocked with floaties and even beach chairs for when you venture to the beach. We had a great time at this house and working with Stephanie!

Fantastic Home

House and property were amazing , very well taken care of. It had all the water gear and outdoor equipment to maximize your stay and experience in coco beach. Would definitely come back . We had 7 people and and it was a blast .

Large house, with great location

This was a nice house on a quite block,but also on a canal with river access. The house has lots of amenities including paddle boards and bicycles.

Great view of the river, close to beach and town

Comfortable stay near downtown shops, restaurants and the beach. Beds are comfortable and home is bright. Kitchen has all the basics and several extras. Open floor plan gives the house a roomy feel. Covered outdoor area for dining, relaxing and watching the sun set over the river. Pool felt chilly and did not seem heated to me. I used the bike to commute around town. Beach chairs and towels provided. Great spot to watch rockets launch right from the back yard. Host was responsive.

Fantastic Property

Absolutely loved our stay here.After a busy week exploring the Disney parks, we headed to Boaters Dream for a few days relaxation. From the start Stephanie was very helpful and prompt in replying to any questions we had.The property was clean and everything in good working order. As others have said, the photo's do not do it justice. There were plenty of "toys" for us to use such as paddleboards, plenty of pool toys, fishing rods, bikes etc. The heated pool was lovely and we spent a lot of time in it.Good location too - we could walk into Cocoa Beach for dinner and it was only a 35 min drive to Kennedy Space Centre.Even saw some dolphins swimming along from the deck.I would love to stay here again if in the area, and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing house in the perfect location

This home is just as it appears - open, clean, and well stocked. The pool and dock are wonderful - we had dolphin swim right by the dock while we were there. It’s less than a half mile walk straight down to the beach and you pass the downtown area on your way. There is a country club and outdoor lap pool a mile and half down the road in the opposite direction. Very convenient, quiet neighborhood and the hosts were great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!

This is one of those houses I hate to review because I don’t want others to know about it. It is a beautiful home and had everything we needed for our stay. It is on a canal that goes into a river. There were paddle boards that we could use and we saw manatee and dolphins. The area was quiet and an easy walk to town and ocean.

Ideal beach house

My family of 4 had a fantastic stay at this home. It is in a great location. We brought our bikes from home and could bike to the restaurants and shops in town and to the beach. The neighborhood is a quiet family-friendly community. The home is clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The host, Stephanie, was attentive and reached out to me a few times. The home has Stand Up Paddle boards which were fun to take out on the canal and see dolphins. It was a wonderful stay.

Beach getaway

This is a great property-- SO well equipped for the beach and river and within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, bars, and stores. I only live twenty miles away, but it felt like I was in another area completely. Waking up and sitting overlooking the canal was so peaceful and the kids had a great time in the pool and paddle boarding through the canals. 10/10 recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Let me tell you if you are having second thoughts about booking this place don't! Everything is great. Stephanie is the best host and answered all of our questions. We have stayed here one other time and its our go to place. We saw Dolphins in the river and paddle boarded and let me tell you the pool is amazing. So clean and just loved our stay. Wonderful

Stephanie's property was amazing. I was looking for a relaxing getaway and this certainly was. Spent some time in the pool everyday, which was wonderful. She had all the amenities I could possibly ask for. Very quiet neighborhood. Saw a dolphin the one evening jumping in the river! Was so exciting. Short walk to beach, Coconuts, and many other restaurants, snack places. She gave recommendations for activities, places to eat, etc. Can't wait to book my next stay here. Will definitely be back!

Best Wedding Trip!

We are local to central Florida and had a friends' wedding trip to travel to in Cocoa Beach recently. We also were very excited to bring our boat with us to the area so we could explore the area by water in between wedding events. This house was an absolute dream and perfect for us in every way! The house was perfectly clean and had everything we could have needed plus more. Also, an awesome shed filled with extra pool / river / beach items that were great! There was a boat ramp extremely close-by that we put our boat in at and drove to the house, tied up along the dock easily and felt great about. Driveway had plenty of room for a truck, boat trailer, and 2 additional cars. Stephanie was a wonderful host, reached out in advance, and was available if we had any questions. We are already hoping to plan another vacation and stay in this house next year!!

Kennedy Space Center

Main reason for our trip was to spend some time with our son and visit Kennedy Space Center. I searched for properties with a pool primarily for my husband who swims for therapy. I settled on this property since it was on water. The property was exactly as presented. It’s very clean, supplied with kitchen items and pool/beach accessories and the owner was very responsive answering all my questions quickly. She provided additional helpful information to make our vacation even more enjoyable even notifying us of a scheduled launch (which was unfortunately scrubbed at T-30 seconds). The pool was the perfect size and the covered patio was great for coffee in the mornings and reading books in the afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet but positioned just minutes (by car) to dining and activities. Sidewalks to dining and the beach were utilized by walkers, bicycles and dog walkers so it felt “safe” to make the 10-15 minute walk to entertainment and the ocean. The area seemed well patrolled by police. While we didn’t see dolphin in the river, there were small jellyfish off the pier and multiple bird species that would fly by or stop for a moment on the pier. This will be my first choice if/when we return to the area.
