Helpful staff, comfy, clean hotel

We were welcomed with a cold drink and refresher towel which was nice. Front desk suggested an extra bed for our tall 15-year-old (at an extra charge) which arrived in the room after dinner when we were ready to sleep. Comfy beds! We enjoyed having complimentary dinner downstairs in the restaurant. The dishes were explained to us by helpful staff. We thought the staff did everything they could to help throughout, although our request for a light takeaway breakfast didn't eventuate.

CAG Pride-great staff

This hotel is dark and a bit dingy. However, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets very clean. It is not a cozy hotel, but alight for a quick stay. The staff are just lovely-helpful and pleasant. Excellent car service and a decent restaurant.

Northwest US traveler

This was my second stay at the CAG. It is rated 3 stars, however, I found it as nice or nicer than the 4 star Regency I stayed in last fall. While the front facade and lobby were underconstruction, the temporary lobby and red carpet along the side of the hotel was not a problem, and there are many many staff to help you unload and guide you to the desk. I loved the room service menu available 24/7 and the vegie burger was excellent. Breakfast seemed like the usual Indian hotel buffet, but the flavors were exceptional! For the price, and the quality of the room, CAG will always be my choice in Coimbatore.

gute, preiswerte Küche, feines Frühstück, gratís Internet, freundliche Leute, zentrale und daher natürlich nicht so ruhige Lage. Das Hotel übertraf unsere Erwartungen, die wir, gemessen am Preis, hatten.
