"Room had an ensuite which did not have a door and was open to the bedroom, therefore the shower was at the head of the bed and worse still the toilet was just in one corner of the room. Went to reception and was told that was what I had booked and therefore there was nothing that they would do about it as I booked via Expedia and not directly with themselves. I won't be using Hilton again!!"

"The hotel was clean and tidy, we had a good stay. We had a family room which I will say is tiny, was a tight fit for the three of us and we found the master bed quite hard, but could be preference... Overall good stay, breakfast was very good."

"This hotel needs an awful lot of refurbishment. We arrived and the radiators had been switched off all day. The room was freezing cold and we waited in our coats for it to warm up but had to eventually ask for support from the staff who provided an electric heater. We were in room 17, if the curtains are closed it covers the radiator completely. The ceiling has large cracks in it and the plaster looks as though it might fall off at any time. There was black mould in the bathroom and the radiator is rusting badly. Upon arrival the paintwork and appearance of this hotel gives a poor impression and sadly our experience was poor. "
