"The location was great but they need to replace they're carpets right at the entrance smells really bad! And the restaurant has a great costumer service but the carpet stinks 😩 Also the 🔥 fireplace outdoor the restaurant smells like propane so it might be dangerous they should be more careful.... Overall all of they're outdoors are stunning!!"

"Okay room, but unfortunately it had a strong smell of mildew. The hotel itself appeared less fancy than the photos, but also had less up charges than other properties in the area. For example self parking was $13 for overnight guests compared to many larger hotels charging a mandatory $70+ valet parking plus mysterious “destination” fee. Breakfast was also convenient and inexpensive, nothing over $12. The lady working at the breakfast counter was very efficient, friendly and kind. "

"Worst Hotel experience. Stained sheets. Bathtubs don't work they removed the spout. Towels from Kmart. Rude Rude Front desk barely spoke English. Didn't know how to use lap top for check out. She took my photo as I was leaving. She lied stating she didn't have first floor when i checked in. Blankets too thin. No hotel phone in the room . Rude Rude Okd Lady Clerk. I will never go back. 2star was 1star bad neighborhood. "

"Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. "
