Cottage was quaint, clean and very conveniently located near the college. The owner was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay there…would definitely stay there again!!
This guest house was perfect for my husband and I - and our 2 dogs. All the amenities (small kitchen, comfy living room, comfortable bed and bath, keypad for entering, fenced in yard, across the street from Thomas Park). It was clean, quiet and the host was very responsive to our questions.
The little blue cottage couldn't be better located to campus and shops, but still very quiet. The shaded patio was perfect. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. We felt right at home and would 10/10 stay here again.
The cottage was perfect for myself and our future Aggie to stay while visiting College Station. Clean, safe area, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.
A very nice place to relax and so very close to everything. Neighborhood was very nice and parks/sidewalk-trails was bonus. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable. Would definately stay again. Well maintained. They cared about our stay and their place.
Stayed for 5 nights while attending the Australian Shepherd Club of America Nationals. Convenient to the Brazos County Expo in Bryan. It was a comfortable warm place to stay after long days outside.
This was a perfect little "base" while we were in College Station. Close to campus and local shops/restaurants. Just the right size for 2 of us. Easy access. Good parking. We would stay there again!
We stayed at the cottage while we were in town for our daughter’s A&M new student conference. The cottage and little yard is really cute and had everything we needed. Location is great, it is close to everything! Page is responds to texts quickly and is very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.
I was traveling to College Station for a wedding and booked this cottage for my stay. It was in a perfect location and in walking distance to everything. Even though you were in town, it didn’t feel like it. The neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. The cottage had the cutest decor and was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend and book again 😊
We had everything we needed for a long weekend visiting our Aggie. Conveniently located. AC units might need some maintenance or it could be we just were not that familiar with window units. Nice touches throughout- ie supplied shampoo/conditioner
Will stay again.

Beautiful. Carefully curated decor. Very responsive hostess. Surprisingly quiet: there was a party starting nearby when I arrived, but the garden is fenced (and very inviting) and there were no problems. Cozy, confy & it was wonderful. Ill be happy to stay here again next time at A&M. Recommend with any hesitation. Small, perfect for a single.
Cute little cottage so close to everything, too. I was by myself and felt perfectly safe. The cottage is pretty much across the street from a park - I didn't get the chance to use it, tho. Plenty of basic supplies - towels, dishes, etc. Bed was comfy to me. I noticed other reviews about the mattress with a dip in the middle. It may have been replaced since, but I had no issue and slept well. If you need to be close to Kyle Field and the A&M campus, this is the place for you.
Plenty of parking, clean, everything worked properly. We rented the cottage along with the 4BD house to have enough space for family from 3 generations & 3 States to converge & celebrate one member receiving their MD+PhD. This was our 2nd time to rent the 4BD house - liked it so much we rented again, & this time rented
also rented the 1BD cottage. For those of you who regularly rent, you will know how wonderful & rare it is to be able to state that of 4 toilets & 3 showers, every single one worked & drained properly. This rental is in a very safe neighborhood. Is catty-corner to a nice park for children to play or walk a dog, & close enough to campus that one of our crew did daily runs that direction. Enough dishes, mugs, etc to feed a crowd in the house - we did not use much other than bed & shower in the cottage.

Convenient Location but Otherwise not Impressed
While this cottage was conveniently located very close to A&M campus, that's about all that was good about this "cottage". The pictures alone made it look bigger and brighter than this place actually is.As soon as my husband & I walked in the door, there was an overwhelming musty smell. Then, when my husband went in the bathroom, he was swarmed by several tiny flies. He discovered that these flies are called "drain flies" & they are due to a dirty drain (sink). This place definitely needs some updating - the bathroom fixtures were shoddy & the shower water was barely hot, if lukewarm. While aspects of it were quaint, there were several noticeable issues (trash was full in the can outside, hammock was torn in two, there were weeds growing through the deck, the bathroom towels were stained, the AC needed a good cleaning). Also, it was listed as providing coffee but there was none. Although the host did try to make up for the coffee & other issues with a bottle of wine, it was too little too late.A little updating & upkeep would make a huge difference.
