This was our first visit to Cozumel Hotel & Resort. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food is so-so. They had a beach BarBQ one day by the ocean and that was very good. The beach is clean but small. Easy access to the ocean for snorkeling. Overall we enjoyed our vacation.

Staff and property are amazing. Manager Francisco is fantastic At making you feel like family. Bellboy Armando is very good at answering questions and helping you find everything you need to have a memorable vacation.
