The room we got was not what we actually paid for. The Vrbo’s system did not sync with their actual system. Therefore, we ended up with a two queen room. Instead of a king room and queen room with a balcony (family suite). They couldn’t move us because those rooms were full. But they did offer to resolve via discount. I need to verify we got it. The beds were very comfy. The place felt safe. They do not need update paint in the rooms as it’s quite sloppy and needs to be cared for. A good stay overall, but would have liked to get the actual room we reserved in vrbo.

Check in was a bit rough. The directions to open the door could have been more clear. Another guest helped us. There were a few things in the room that needed attention. The shelf on the wall in the bathroom was falling out of the wall and the towels fell into the toilet. The tv didn't work and one of the buttons on the front was pushed in. The room was open and clean. We appreciated the open bright feeling.
