The house is located in a unique setting, only 5' from the picturesque village of Conil and more specifically in Fuente del Gallo II, a newly developed area, next to the beach of Cala de Puntalejo, only 2' walking distance.

Conil is undoubtedly a select destination for sun and beach tourism. It is one of the most lively towns in the region, especially in summer, partly due to the luxurious urbanisations that surround it. Large masses of pine forests, such as those of Roche or El Colorado, often reach the beaches, contributing to the fact that they have remained unspoilt.

Conil de la Frontera has managed to carve out a niche for itself on the coast of Cadiz, offering travellers a wide range of tourist attractions. In this town all kinds of segments find their place, from families and groups of friends to those who are guided by the palate when they travel.
